Jalisco<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf481e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf481e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El IEPC Jalisco aprob\u00f3 los Lineamientos para garantizar el principio de paridad de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como la implementaci\u00f3n de disposiciones en favor de grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad para la elecci\u00f3n de diputaciones y mun\u00edcipes el pasado 8 de septiembre de 2023. Estos Lineamientos establecen una serie de mecanismos y medidas para garantizar dicho principio, como los bloques de poblaci\u00f3n y competitividad. Tambi\u00e9n se establecen las reglas para garantizar una integraci\u00f3n paritaria de las f\u00f3rmula y planillas para cada municipio.\u00a0<\/p><p>Estas normas permiten incrementar las posibilidades de que las mujeres accedan a cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular. En los procesos electorales de 2018 y 2021, se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados en materia de paridad de g\u00e9nero.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Si bien, estos cinco municipios cuentan con disposiciones en favor de la poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena para el registro de candidaturas, en procesos electorales previos, \u00fanicamente tres de ellos contaban con alg\u00fan tipo de disposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01fb84d elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"01fb84d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-map\" data-src=\"visualisation\/16501122\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96b1796 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"96b1796\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">INCLUSION DE LA POBLACI\u00d3N LGBTTTIQ+, PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD Y JOVENES<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-514f3a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"514f3a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De acuerdo con datos obtenidos en el Censo de Poblaci\u00f3n y Vivienda 2020 y la encuesta intercensal conocida como \u201cEncuesta Nacional sobre Diversidad Sexual y de G\u00e9nero (ENDISEG) 2021\u201d, se identifica que la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTTTIQ+ representa un 4.7% de la poblaci\u00f3n total en la entidad y, la poblaci\u00f3n con discapacidad representa un 15.15% con respecto a la poblaci\u00f3n total en la entidad. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estos grupos est\u00e1n en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad y\/o hist\u00f3ricamente discriminados, lo que ha sido una subrepresentaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica. Si bien, en el Proceso Electoral Local 2020-2021 no se contemplaron disposiciones para la postulaci\u00f3n de personas de la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTTTIQ+ y personas con discapacidad, s\u00ed se recopil\u00f3 estad\u00edstica sobre sus registros de candidaturas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para la elecci\u00f3n de mun\u00edcipes, se registraron 104 candidaturas con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad autoreconocida y se\u00f1alada en el formulario de registro de forma voluntaria. Por su parte, se registraron 66 candidaturas de diversidad sexual, de las cuales 10 eran personas trans y 1 queer.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, para el Proceso Electoral Local Concurrente 2023-2024 luego de que se interpusieran diversos Juicios en Defensa de los Derechos Pol\u00edticos del Ciudadano <strong>(el JDC \u2013 11\/2021 y el JDC 16\/2021)<\/strong>, el Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Estado de Jalisco llev\u00f3 a cabo jornadas consultivas que aportaran informaci\u00f3n relevante para la implementaci\u00f3n de disposiciones para la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTTTIQ+ y personas con discapacidad.
